Level 1 - Eighth Page – $50.00
Payment MUST be received by June 9th to be included in the conference program.
Level 2 - Quarter Page – $150.00
Payment MUST be received by June 9th to be included in the conference program.
Level 3 - Half Page – $250.00
Payment MUST be received by June 9th to be included in the conference program.
Level 4 - Full Page – $300.00
Payment MUST be received by June 9th to be included in the conference program.

Deadline for submission of program advertisement requests is Friday, June 9, 2023. Artwork must be digital. Examples of acceptable formats are high resolution files in one of the following file types:

eps
Illustrator
pdf
jpeg
tif

If you have a different type of artwork, please contact Chris Lorenzen at chris.lorenzen.lla@gmail.com or call 504-638-0865 to be sure the format is acceptable. Artwork must be uploaded and submitted with an advertisement request.

Circulation: The Annual Conference program is distributed to all conference attendees.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full and received no later than June 9, 2023. Payments will be accepted in the form of checks, Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard.
