Vendor Booth Types
All booth pricing includes an 8' x 10' booth with black drapery, a 2' x 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 trash can, 5-amp electricity (extension cord suggested), wireless internet access, two exhibitor badges, and 2 free tickets to the Awards Reception.
Booth location preferences can be listed on the registration form.

Author/Performer Table (NO BOOTH) - $50 (10 Available)
Tables for authors or performing artists will be located in the main hallway leading to the ballroom and meeting rooms. Author/Performer registration includes a 2' x 6' skirted table and 2 chairs provided. Tables are for Friday and Saturday, March 21-22, 2025.

Accommodations
The Louisiana Library Association has received a group rate for standard, single, and double occupancy guest rooms at the Hilton Baron Rouge Capitol Center. Attendees and vendors must make their own room reservations. Book accommodations by March 7, 2025 to receive the special event rate.
Rooms are $139.00 for a king bed or two queen beds.

Parking is available for $37.00 for 24 hours including overnight or $18.00 per day. There is complimentary airport shuttle services to/from Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport available.

Payment
Payment must be made in full and received no later than March 1, 2025. Payments will be accepted in the form of checks, Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard.

Cancellations
All booth cancellations must be submitted in writing to LLA@amigos.org at least 30 days before the first day of the conference. The last day to receive a full refund is Friday, February 14, 2025. There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all refunds.
