Help us celebrate 100 years of LLA by sponsoring the After-Hours Speakeasy Party on Thursday evening. This party will include appetizers, a cash bar (one free drink per attendee) and music! This event will be held in The Tunnel - a Great Gatsby speakeasy-style tunnel used in the 1920s to connect two downtown hotels only recently opened to the public!

Accommodations
The Louisiana Library Association has received a group rate for standard, single, and double occupancy guest rooms at the Hilton Baron Rouge Capitol Center. Attendees and vendors must make their own room reservations. Book accommodations by March 7, 2025 to receive the special event rate.
Rooms are $139.00 for a king bed or two queen beds.

Parking is available for $37.00 for 24 hours including overnight or $18.00 per day. There is complimentary airport shuttle services to/from Baton Rouge Metropolitan available.

Payment
Payment must be made in full and received no later than March 1, 2025. Payments will be accepted in the form of checks, Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard.

Cancellations
All sponsorship cancellations must be submitted in writing to LLA@amigos.org at least 30 days before the first day of the conference. The last day to receive a full refund is Friday, February 21, 2025. There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all refunds.
