ADVERTISEMENT REGISTRATION ENDS FEBRUARY 21, 2025.

SUBMISSIONS

Artwork must be digital. Examples of acceptable formats are high resolution files in one of the following file types:

.eps
Illustrator
.pdf
.jpeg
.tif

If you have a different type of artwork, please contact Brandon Reilly at breilly@ebrpl.com or 225-231-3710 to verify the format is compatible. Artwork must be uploaded and submitted with an advertisement request.

CIRCULATION

The Annual Conference program is distributed to all conference attendees.

CANCELLATION OF ADVERTISEMENT

All advertisement cancellations must be submitted in writing to LLA@amigos.org at least 30 days before the first day of the conference. The last day to receive a full refund is February 21, 2025. There is a $25.00 processing fee for refunds.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full and received no later than January 30, 2025. Payments will be accepted in the form of checks, Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard.
